Reserve Student Single Game Tickets

2016 Georgia Tech Football Student Ticket Policy

Georgia Tech students must meet one of the following criteria to be eligible to claim/purchase a student ticket for games at Bobby Dodd Stadium:

1. Must be an enrolled full-time student
2. Graduate/Intern/Co-Op/Part-Time students must verify Athletic Fee payment through the Bursar's Office

The list of eligible students is provided to the GTAA by GT Registrar. Students who are deemed eligible may purchase student season tickets, however, if the Athletic Fee is not paid, season tickets will be removed from their account.

Eligible students have two options for student tickets at Bobby Dodd Stadium:

OPTION 1: RESERVED SEASON TICKETS

General Information

1. Approximately 6000 reserved season tickets will be available.
2. All reserved season tickets will be located in the lower North End Zone between sections 112 & 120.

Gameday Entrance Procedures

1. Student tickets will be loaded to your BuzzCard. Simply present your BuzzCard at the gate. No physical ticket or printout will be required.
2. Enter @ Gate 7 (Bobby Dodd Way - Callaway Plaza).

Online Registration & Payment Information

• The cost of a reserved season ticket is $49 - to be paid individually online.
• Payment will be made online (Debit or Credit Card only) by each individual student at the time of ticket reservation.
• GT students wishing to purchase reserved season tickets have 3 options for group selection:
1. Register as part of an organizational group.
2. Join the SWARM for $69. Membership includes:
• Priority reserved seating
• SWARM football t-shirt
• Alexander-Tharpe Fund membership and priority points at the $150 level
3. Register individually and become a 'Helluva Student Ticket' group member (details below).
• The Helluva Student Ticket is a reserved season ticket targeted towards students not affiliated with a group organization, yet wishing to purchase a reserved season ticket.
• Seating Location: North End Zone (as many students as possible will be placed in the North End Zone, however, it is completely dependent upon registration numbers. Therefore, a portion of the 'Helluva Student Ticket' group may be seated in the South End Zone).
• All reserved season ticket holders MUST select a 'Group' upon registration.

• Student season tickets will go on sale in the spring to all GT students.

Students who wish to purchase a student season ticket after this date may do so, but will be placed in the 'Helluva Student Ticket' group.

In cooperation with the Alexander-Tharpe Fund, SWARM Reserved Season Ticket Holders will receive many tangible benefits recognized by the GTAA:

1. Reserved Season Ticket for every home game.
2. A-T priority point for 1-consecutive year donating to the A-T Fund at the $100 level.

OPTION 2: FREE SINGLE GAME DISTRIBUTION

General Information

• Single game tickets will be distributed the week of the game on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Approximately 2500 single game tickets will be available each week.
• General Admission sections: South End Zone: Sections 133 - 136.

Gameday Entrance Procedures

• Student tickets will be loaded to your BuzzCard. Simply present your BuzzCard at the gate. No physical ticket or printout will be required.
• Enter @ Gate 10 (North Ave & Techwood Dr.).

Online Registration

• The week leading up to each home game, click here (link below) to login to claim your single game ticket (based on availability). View the schedule below for the dates single game ticket requests will be available.

**Students cannot purchase a season ticket and claim a free single game ticket.

STUDENT GUEST TICKETS

• Guest tickets will be available for purchase Wednesday at noon if inventory remains.
• Guest Tickets are valid for general admission student sections only in the South End Zone. Payment will be submitted online via credit card only. The guest pass will emailed to you and you will need to print out your guest pass ticket and bring it with you to the stadium. You must enter the stadium with your Guest, your Guest Pass ticket(s) and a valid BuzzCard at Gate 10 on the South end of Bobby Dodd Stadium.

STUDENT AWAY GAME TICKETS

• Students will have the opportunity to purchase full price tickets to all GT away games.
• Tickets will be purchased at the GT ticket office window as noted below. Valid BuzzCard necessary for purchase.
• Seat assignment for away games is first-come, first- served.

BLOCK SEATING LOCATIONS

• Group seating assignments will be made by the SGA based on overall group attendance from 2015 (tracked via BuzzCard scans).
• New Groups for 2016 will be moved to the bottom of the priority list for this season when determining Group seating assignments, but their 2016 attendance will be considered in the 2017 assignment.
• Attendance at 2016 games by block participants will be tracked and used as a priority measure for 2017 block locations.

STUDENT BEHAVIOR POLICY

• Misconduct at GT football games will be subject to review by the Office of Student Integrity and will result in forfeiture of student ticket for the next home game.
• Misconduct includes but is not limited to:
• Using another student's ID to enter the game.
• Violent or aggressive behavior.
• Excessive public drunkenness.
